Our classrooms are tailored to create engaging and supportive learning environments, ensuring every child receives personalised attention. With 10 classrooms available, we provide ample space for our diverse educational programs. Motor Skills Area

The Motor Skills Area is specifically designed to encourage physical development through fun and engaging activities. This space is equipped with a variety of apparatus and tools that help children improve their coordination, balance, and strength. Activities in this area are carefully planned to promote gross and fine motor skills, supporting overall physical health and development. Our trained therapists and educators guide children through exercises and games that are both enjoyable and beneficial, helping them build confidence in their physical abilities. Playgrounds

Our three expansive playgrounds are designed to facilitate imaginative play, social interaction, and physical development. Each playground offers unique features and equipment to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students, providing them with ample opportunities to explore, engage, and develop essential skills. The Adventure Playground, in particular, is equipped with a variety of climbing structures, slides, and obstacle courses. This playground encourages children to take risks, develop their motor skills, and build confidence through physical activity. The challenging equipment helps improve balance, coordination, and strength while fostering a sense of adventure and exploration.

Senior School Playground

The Senior School Playground is a dynamic area designed to support the physical and social development of our older students. It includes a trampoline, soccer field, and basketball court, providing diverse opportunities for physical exercise and team sports. This playground encourages students to engage in activities that enhance their coordination, strength, and teamwork skills. It also serves as a social hub where students can build friendships and enjoy recreational time in a structured and supportive environment.

Practical Skills Development

Training Kitchen

The fully equipped Training Kitchen enables students to learn essential life skills, including cooking and nutrition. This hands-on environment fosters independence and self-confidence as students engage in meal preparation and understand the importance of healthy eating. Guided by our staff, students gain practical experience that contributes to their overall development and readiness for life beyond school.

ICT Room – Senior School

The Senior School ICT Room is a state-of-the-art facility enhancing digital literacy and technological skills. Equipped with the latest computers, interactive whiteboards, and educational software, it offers an engaging environment for learning. Students learn IT skills such as coding, internet safety, digital communication, and data analysis through lessons and hands-on activities. They also explore computer hardware and software, gaining practical knowledge of systems and applications. Guided by experienced staff, students build confidence and competence in technology, preparing them for the digital demands of the modern world.

Specialised Therapy Rooms

Therapy at CARE is used to support and facilitate development within the school and home setting. Therapy occurs across all areas of the school as well as in the designated therapeutic areas, including push in therapy/ classroom support and playground/leisure support sessions.

Sensory/Snoezelen Room

The sensory/Snoezelen room provides a calming, multisensory space for relaxation and sensory integration, enhancing the therapeutic experience for our learners.

Speech Therapy Room

Our Speech Therapy Room is a dedicated space where children receive individualized and group speech therapy sessions. Designed for comfort and engagement, it is equipped with specialized tools and resources to enhance communication and language development. Our experienced therapists use evidence-based techniques and creative activities to help children improve their speech, language, and social communication skills, fostering confidence and effective communication.

Individual and Group Work Rooms

The Individual and Group Work Room is a versatile space designed for both one-on-one and small group sessions. Equipped with flexible seating and educational resources, it supports personalized instruction and collaborative learning. This room fosters social interaction and peer learning, providing a supportive environment for children to develop academically and socially.

Sensory Playground

The Sensory Playground is designed with equipment and activities that stimulate the senses and promote sensory integration. Featuring tactile panels, musical instruments, and water play areas, this playground offers a multi-sensory experience that supports children’s sensory processing and regulation. It provides a calming and engaging environment where children can explore and interact with sensory-rich elements.

Feedback Room

Our Feedback Room is a dedicated space for reflective learning and personalized feedback sessions, playing a crucial role in our students’ development. In this quiet and comfortable environment, teachers and therapists review progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for improvement with each student. Senior Hospitality Area

The Senior Hospitality Area is a communal space where senior learners gather for food serving, eating, and social interaction. This area is designed to facilitate the development of important social skills and routines, as well as the personal management skills involved in eating. By engaging in communal meals, students practice manners, communication, and cooperation, all within a supportive and structured environment. This area plays a key role in helping learners develop the independence and confidence needed for successful social interactions and daily life management.
