6Enquiries and applications

Sending us an enquiry or an application through our website does not mean your child has a place at our school.

A place is only confirmed when we tell you so in writing and you have completed our admissions process. Our admissions documents and fee terms apply to every application.

You agree that the information you send us is true and complete.

7Your privacy

We respect your privacy and your child’s privacy. We collect and use personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• We only use the information you send us to answer your enquiry, to process an application and to run our school.
• We do not sell personal information.
• Photographs and videos of learners appear on our website and social media only with a parent or guardian’s written consent.
• You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

8Our content and copyright

Everything on our website belongs to us or is used with permission. This includes our name, logo, text, photographs, videos and documents.
